Welcome to Philly Kids 'n Nurses! We are a Home Care Agency that focuses on providing essential care for children of all ages, with a specialization in newborns to children up to 10 years old. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering heartfelt, professional, and customized care for children in the comfort of their own homes.
Unlike traditional preschools, daycares, or after-school programs, we offer continuous care to meet the needs of children who require ongoing support. Our mission is to create an environment where children can thrive, giving parents the peace of mind they deserve.

We provide a variety of services and divide them into three programs: personal care, specialty care package, and in-home and hospital companionship. Each program is tailored to each child’s unique needs. For more information, you can visit the Services page of our website.
We keep the home safe and clean, conduct frequent safety drills, and verify that all equipment and facilities fulfill safety standards. Our employees are educated in first aid and CPR, and we have a thorough emergency response strategy.
Our staff consists of registered nurses, therapists, and caretakers with extensive experience dealing with a wide range of special healthcare needs. They receive continual training to stay current on best practices and innovative treatments.
We have a detailed emergency response plan and collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure prompt medical attention. Our staff is trained to manage medical equipment and administer necessary medications.
Each child receives a personalized care plan developed in collaboration with their family and healthcare providers. These plans are regularly reviewed and updated to meet the evolving needs of the child.
